Shipping & Returns
As a benefit for our customers we ship items directly to you. This provides for the fastest possible delivery times. If an item is temporarily unavailable we will notify you immediately and give you our anticipated ship date.
INTERNATIONAL
If you are outside the UK please email us for a shipping quote to your location. Shipping costs vary depending on your location. Please note: Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.
SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS
Depending on the product we will ship best way which is usually by UK postal service. For international shipments we will determine the most cost effective method in order to save you money. We reserve the right to change shipping vendors at our discretion. If we change shipping vendors, this will be done at no additional charge to the customer.
MINIMUM ORDER FEE
As a courtesy to our customers we have removed the minimum order fee. You can order 1 item or many.
RETURNS
No returns will be accepted without a return authorization. Please email or call us to request a return authorization. Returned items must contain any manuals and/or documentation that originally shipped with the product.
All service charges, including freight charges to and from the customer are not refundable at any time. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any product that is damaged or in an unsaleable condition, is returned without all accessories and/or documentation, has been misused, is shipped with payable by the receiver or is returned without an RMA number.
Any non-defective returns may be charged a 20% restocking fee. All sales are considered final. Absolutely no returns of used items. Special or Custom Order items cannot be returned.
